Oliver Osoyoos Search & Rescue
The OOSAR team consists of approximately 30 volunteers. Members are experienced in Ground Search and Rescue operations (GSAR), Swiftwater Rescue, Avalanche Response, and Embankment Rescue. The team receives training and support from B.C. PEP. Our Volunteers have varying levels of training with all members trained or being trained in GSAR. To contact the team for a Search and Rescue Emergency, please dial 9-1-1 and ask for the police.
